Fees & INsurance
My billing manager verifies your insurance, but please call your insurance provider prior to booking an appointment for your co-pay amount and to make sure they cover mental health expenses. Also, it is important for you to be aware of any limitations of your insurance plan. You are responsible for any uncovered insurance costs.
I currently accept the following:
Blue Cross And Blue Shield – Call BCBS if you have an out-of-state plan to make sure you are covered.
Aetna – Check with Aetna to make sure Mental Health services are covered. Sometimes they use Cigna for Mental Health which I currently do not accept. I have had limited success with clients using me as an out-of-network provider with Cigna. Also check if your card says Banner / Aetna and call your insurance company to make sure you are covered with me.
MHN – Healthnet, Ambetter
MHN Tricare – Tricare may require a referral from a doctor within their network. Please contact them ahead for details.
I am able to provide a superbill to you if you intend to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
